What makes you happy?
At one point in my life, while I was (literaly) half-a-world away from my loved ones, I found a great newspaper clipping which read, “There’s no joy in things, only in people.” I think it’s exactly spot-on. The love and meaning that exists between myself and my wife, my family and my friends gives me context and happiness in life.
What’s one *recent* guilty pleasure in your life?
Western Family cherry pie filling. The whole can. Sometimes chilled, sometimes at room temperature. Mmmmm…
What is the most powerful of human emotions?
In my life, gratitude.
Where do you find serenity?
Recently I’ve found it on a bike, moving at a steady 14 mph. In general I find it in a quiet room, at a desk, just after studying.

A Few Words
Taylor is pursuing his education at the University of Utah and is currently enrolled in the Biology program with minors in Chemistry and Russian. A pre-med student, Taylor has only recently overcome the twin devils of Organic Chemistry and Calculus. His very impressive reference notecard for his Organic Chemistry II final can be seen here (one notecard was allowed every student for reference) (… bless Holly Sebahar and her mercy for it!
